Verslues Construction Co., Inc. is a family-owned commercial construction company founded in 1978. The company is located at 7320 Route Y, Jefferson City, MO 65101. Verslues Construction was originally Bisges & Verslues Construction, a partnership focused primarily on residential construction. When Dennis and Edith Verslues became the sole owners in 1990, they decided to switch gears and shifted their focus to the commercial construction market. The company incorporated in 1995 and has been operating with Edith Verslues as President, and Dennis Verslues as Secretary ever since. In the early 2000’s they obtained their WBE Certification from the State of Missouri and have proudly served the community as a WBE contractor since that time. Dennis and Edith welcomed two of their children to the company in the early 2000’s. Their son, Frank Verslues, serves as the company’s Senior Project Manager, and their daughter, Kimberly McDaniel, serves the company as Office Manager.

Verslues Construction has served the Central Missouri area for over 44 years; completing projects of all sizes, including manufacturing plants, industrial building, schools, athletic complexes, churches, government facilities, and private office buildings. Verslues Construction generally self-performs excavation, site construction, concrete, pre-engineered steel building erection, rough carpentry, and project supervision. Verslues Construction is a signed member of the Carpenters, Operators, and Laborers unions; they employ roughly 45 people. Of those 45 employees, 19 have been with the company for over 10 years.
